Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute, with a technical title change, be              
adopted in lieu of the original bill:                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 13(FIN)                                   
"An Act relating to the admissibility into evidence of                        
deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) profiles in civil and criminal                     
proceedings; and amending Rule 703 of the Alaska Rules of                      
Evidence."                                                                     
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                
CSSB 13(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and            
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Navarre objected.                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey placed a call of the House and lifted the call.           
                                                                               
Representative Navarre withdrew the objection.  There being no further         
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
HCS CSSB 13(FIN) was read the third time.                                      
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HCS CSSB 13(FIN) pass the House?"  The
